Every checkout session, off-ramp order, and onramp order on your account, whether it worked, failed, expired, or is still going. Find it at Dashboard → Transactions. Even if you only use the off-ramp or onramp API and never use checkout, your activity still shows up here.

Off-ramp and onramp rows have a small label so you can tell them apart from checkout at a glance. Checkout rows, which most businesses have the most of, have no label. Searches the current page by:
  • external_id (your reference)
  • Our transaction ID
  • The amount in USDC
Capital letters don’t matter.

Changing the filter takes you back to page 1. Refresh loads the latest data.

failed doesn’t mean the money is lost. Send the transaction ID to support.

Click any row to see:
  • Amount in USDC, plus local currency once completed
  • Status
  • Method: the network and coin, or M-Pesa
  • Reference: your external_id or transaction ID
  • Transaction ID: our full ID for it
  • Created, Completed, and Duration
  • Receipt: the payout reference, with a Download receipt button for a PDF you can share
  • Timeline: each step, in order
Use the receipt to match payments against your M-Pesa or bank statement. You can share the PDF with your customer, and they can also download it themselves from the payment page.
