Every session ever created on your account — successes, failures, expirations, in-flight. Dashboard → Transactions. Filters the current page by:
  • external_id (your reference)
  • Internal transaction ID
  • USDC-equivalent amount
Case-insensitive.

Status filters

  • All
  • Pending
  • Received
  • Settling
  • Completed
  • Failed
  • Expired
Changing the filter resets to page 1. Refresh reloads with the latest data.

Columns

ReferenceYour external_id or shortened transaction ID.
ChainNetwork + asset (e.g., USDC on Base, USDT on Polygon).
StatusCurrent badge.

Status reference

StatusMeaning
pendingWaiting for the customer. Expires in 30 minutes.
deposit_receivedDetected; settlement initiated.
settlingConversion + payout in progress.
completedPayout delivered.
failedFailed post-deposit — contact support.
expiredNo deposit in 30 minutes.
failed doesn’t mean lost funds. Contact support with the transaction ID.

Inspector panel

Click any row. Shows:
  • Amount — USDC-equivalent + local currency (if completed)
  • Status
  • Chain — network + asset (USDC or USDT)
  • Reference — your external_id or transaction ID
  • Transaction ID — full internal ID
  • Created
  • Completed (completed only)
  • Duration (creation → completion)
  • Receipt — payout provider receipt (completed only)
  • Timeline — step-by-step progression
Use the receipt to reconcile with your M-Pesa or bank statement.
